Tanvi is one of the few sports nutritionists in India who is also an active athlete. After powering through many adversities in life, she became a competitive powerlifter at the age of 35 — competing in the Women's Open/Senior category under 47kg, going on to reign as Pune and Maharashtra's No. 1 since 2022. She has racked up 25 titles including Strong Woman of West India and competed in five National Championships, collectively securing a total of 1 gold, 2 silver, and 7 bronze medals. She's also represented India internationally in Japan and Turkey. You can follow her training log @icanliftyoutoo.
Off the platform, that same drive shows up everywhere — training in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Kalaripayattu, and Pole fitness, exploring different forms of dance, chasing tough treks, and picking up Italian along the way. Despite her formal education and experience in the field of jewellery designing, she forayed into the world of fitness, eventually pursuing powerlifting and sports nutrition. Her mission is to help athletes reach performance excellence, stronger in body and steadier in mind. That same belief has taken her to speaker sessions with companies and organisations, spreading awareness of how sports nutrition can change not only how people perform, but how they live.
